Hi Bill and David,

Could I find a source tarball which builds on Ubuntu 20.04?  I have several
wsprdaemon sites which want to move to 20.02.

My attempt to follow David's instructions have failed and I have so much
other SW to work on that I don't want to reinvent the wheel.
