Can you send me your WSJT-X.ini file which you will find in the WSJT-X log files directory ("enu->File->Open log directory") please?

    Jeff,

    full error message please? If you hit Ctrl+C as soon as the error
    message pops up the complete message text including the details
    will be copied to the Windows clipboard which you can paste into a
    reply (Ctrl+V).
