Hi Jim,
have you tried rebooting Windows. If that doesn't get your sound card
listed in WSJT-X "Settings->Audio" you can try deleting the sound card
device from Windows Device Manager (choose not to delete the drivers if
asked) and reboot which will re-install the drivers.
