I found that in the settings, clicking on "start new period decodes on top" in the first settings page, for me anyway, greatly reduced the number of times of getting the wrong station when double clicking on a CQ. I think it reduced the number of screen scrolls because so it also helped avoid the time between my clicking and not having the screen scroll as much, thus not hitting a call I did not want.
