Hi All: I did further troubleshooting on this issue this morning. There was a recent MacOS driver update from Prolific Technology on my USB/Serial device that I had not installed. Updating the MacOS driver has resolved the problem. DTR is now toggling accurately and consistently.
Strange that Coolterm worked fine before the update but WSJT-X did not. In any case, the driver update seems to have resolved my issue.
