the information you provided is not clear to me. Your attached document above mentions that the JTAlert pop up is prior to logging the contact in whichever logging program JTAlert is directed to convey log entries to. That is a misunderstanding on your part, the pop up message is post the logging and determines if the log record has been inserted into the target logging program. All of this is unrelated to WSJT-X.

What exactly is not logged when you use WSJT-X v2.5.0 RC6?

    Hi Mike,

    this is probably due to the correction of a defect. Automatic
    logging in WSJT-X is only supposed to work in contest modes, as
    implied by the text in parenthesis in the setting check box label.
    If you ar enot using contest modes then you must log each contact
    by clicking the OK button in the WSJT-X Log QSO window after
    reviewing the details to be logged.

    In contest modes there is further validation of the QSO details
    which prompts the user for completion if incomplete.
