1) Just FTR. I have no even single 5.12.x qt package

2) if some exact minimum version is required, check for that version
should be part of the cmake.
3) Last time I asked about orgaise github/gitlab mirror or moving the
main repo to one of those sites.
That move really could make a few things easier ..
github provides discussion forums per repo as well (I'm not sure how
it with gitlab but probably it is the same)
