Hi Mike,

The rig entry I’m using is:

AMSAT-UK FUNcube Dongle Pro+

Does this help?

Chris

Hi All,

I’ve installed WSJT-X version 2.5.2 on my Win10 64-bit PC, working with a
Funcube Pro+ receiver. I’ve used this receiver with previous versions of
WSJT-X, up to and including 2.5.1 without any errors being shown.

However, on running 2.5.2 whenever a frequency is selected on the main window
drop-down list, or when the Monitor button is pressed from off to on, or if a
change of decoder mode forces a frequency change, then a Rig Control error
appears as:

Hamlib error: Feature not available

rig.c(2544):rig_get_mode return(0)

rig_set_mode called, vfo=currVFO, mode=USB, width=-1

rig.c(2350):rig_set_mode return(-11) while setting current VFO mode

The workaround is merely two mouse clicks … press OK on the Rig Control error
window then click on OK to exit the Settings window and this clears the error
and everything works as normal until the user changes frequency (or the Mode
changes the frequency) or the Monitor button is toggled off to on.

The Rig Control status LED(?) on the main window always shows green. And the
Test CAT button turns green on the Settings-->Radio tab, if pressed.

Something has definitely changed regarding the Rig Control software in this
2.5.2 version as I had no issues in previous versions of 2.5.x

If I can help you test the software with a Funcube Pro+ then please do not
hesitate to contact me.
