It seems that again ic7300 is broken with latest hamlib source.
I think situation is not any better with wsjtx 2.5.3 source (that I
would like to get with git pull, please)
Not tested that yet with tarball contents.

Solved this one.
- Uninstall all related packages (wsjtx, hamlib) if any.
- uninstall all self compiled versions (wsjtx, hamlib) if any.
- search any remaining hamlib libraries cd /; sudo find -name libham*
specially look at /lib* /var/lib and ~/.local/lib folders
- remove all related files found. The oldest in my system was from 2018
