G4WJS. will take place at Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, Milton
Chapel, at 13:00 (I believe this means 1300 UTC) on Friday, January 28.

I take the instructions to mean that you can view the webcast starting
at any time after the service has begun.
Bill did not have many close family members. Many of his friends were
fellow ham radio enthusiasts, scattered all over the world, so it is
good to have this option for a way to pay our last respects to a dear
colleague.
