Hi Ray, Did you got any error message? How the 2.5.3 stopped, most probably the actual reason is already there? Has wssjt-x written something more than warnings about dropped audio samples into a wsjtx_syslog.log file. It is in the log directory?
You did not revealed at all which operating system you are using nor your rig and how it is connected to your computer.
