Hi Don I just tested -rc5 with a simulated two signal Q65-60D wave file (with EME delay) and multiple decoding works fine here.
The decoding threshold is higher than that needed to decode when the signal is within the Ftol band, so maybe the signals you could not decode were just too weak.
