Charlie, DL3WDG, has already responded to your questions. A few
additional points:
1. If you saved a file with multiple signals that you think should have
decoded, but did not, please send us that file and a copy of your file
WSJT-X.ini.
2. Population of the table of frequencies is ultimately a user
responsibility. You can define an Echo-mode default frequency on 902
MHz wherever you choose. The program will remember it.

Second item. In echo mode, the frequency 902 MHz is missing from the frequency
