Charlie, DL3WDG, has already responded to your questions. A few additional points:

1. If you saved a file with multiple signals that you think should have decoded, but did not, please send us that file and a copy of your file WSJT-X.ini.

2. Population of the table of frequencies is ultimately a user responsibility. You can define an Echo-mode default frequency on 902 MHz wherever you choose. The program will remember it.

Second item.  In echo mode, the frequency 902 MHz is missing from the frequency 
list.  In RC4, it appeared.
