[wsjt-devel] Error Loading LOTW Users Data

Using WSJT-X 2.7.0-rc1.
Windows 11

When I click "Fetch Now" in the "Logbook of the World User Validation 
section, I get an error stating:

Error Loading LOTW Users Data
TLS initialization failed.
