Yes, it happened to me a few times, with the amd64 version.
When wsprnet had server issues, some (but not all) of 12 WSJT-X sessions
didn't recover after the server was back online.
Restarting WSJT-X solved the problem, and spots were uploaded again.
It happens maybe twice a year, so I haven't investigated further.
