In order to help operators “get the hint” that they must set their receivers so that the sync tone is at 750 Hz, may I suggest that the green goalposts be made immobile and centered on 750 Hz?
I’m guessing that several of the “it doesn’t decode” complaints are from users with frequency accuracy less than the required +/- 100 Hz.
