Yep. After a couple hours of monitoring just noise with hoards calling him, the signal finally came up to where I could hear him. It took three solid hours of trying after that, but eventually worked him about 0600Z. His sig was -19 to -17 for quite awhile and was best at -13. Again, persistence paid off. I ended up at about 400W to a mismatched 3.95 cut dipole, w/tuner of course. He was three streaming most of the time I was there, with occasional two stream. Seven bands now, but not much chance of getting 10 meters from here. Good luck to all, and keep at it.
