The AGC problems I noted would likely only be a problem for a low level signal 
where the amplitude change could drop the signal too low.

We need to do some testing but I'm considering changing Hamlib to put all rigs 
on FAST AGC (if AGC is not OFF) for WSJT-X operation.  So a setting of medium 
or slow would get changed to fast.

I had no problem with SF on the previous expeditions with AGC fast, slow, or 
medium with my 890.  I run 1, 16, and 20 for the 3 speeds of AGC.  They all 
work in almost all cases (for me).  RF gain is almost always full tilt.  
Signals were from +18 to -15/-16.
