Hi Dwayne,

Here's a recommended procedure for doing CW EME with WSJT-X in charge of rig control (T/R switching and Doppler control).

1. Configure WSJT-X (and everything else) as you do for digital EME.

2. Be sure that "Settings -> Radio -> Mode" is set to "None", so that
WSJT-X will not continually reset your rig to USB or Data/Pkt.

3. Set the rig to CW mode.

4. Use the WSJT-X "Tune" button for manual T/R switching. Effectively,
you'll treat the "Tune" button as if its label were "CW Tx". WSJT-X
will generate its normal "Tune" audio tone while you're transmitting,
but the radio is in CW mode and will ignore it.

Please see if these steps work for you, and report back.

I have not checked recently, but the earlier versions of WSJT would switch the mode back to USB.  CW was not allowed.
