I don't know if S21DX is setup correct. On 17m last night, I and others
called it on F/H
many times without response, it just kept calling CQ and was never seen
to work anyone I saw.
Seems they were not decoding anyone, perhaps their time sync is bad ..

I’m running Windows 10 Pro, version 22H2 on a Lenovo ThinkPad (Intel
i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.90 GHz; 16 GB RAM). There were Whisper
signals on 1837 kHz in the passband at the time.
