Hi Scott and Ed The team is aware of this and it has been corrected. The fix is already in place in WSJT-X -improved and will be included in the next release of WSJT-X.
Not sure what Ftol setting you were using, but experience is that the error only appears at high values, eg 1000Hz. There is no need to use such high settings.
