Hi Al, There is a per band setting available in the Frequencies settings under the Station Information. It is normally used with transverters but should also provide a small frequency correction use need. I doubt that it is per configuration. Another possibility instead of configurations is to use multiple wsjt-x instances e.g. one per rig, see user guide 19. Frequently Asked Questions, second item.
