Resolution: Fixed
Fixed both wss4j[1] and axis2[2].
We are using wss4j as the base of Apache Rampart - the WS-Security and
WS-SecConv impl of Axis2 - and will be making another WSS4J release soon
targeting the Rampart-1.1 release.
