Hi,
We have released the changes to fix the following defects to the I-build for M9:
116340 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=116340)
108575 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=108575)
They both deal with the inability to launch the Web Services Explorer from the Web Services Wizard.
The fixes are isolated and had been tested.
