org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui's version has increased from 1.0.400 to 1.1.0
If you depend on the sse.ui plugin, you may need to widen your prereqs.

Background:
A fix for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=208035 has been
released to the build.
This fix adds a new element, documentationTextHover to the
org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui.editorConfiguration extension point.
Since this was an API change, the sse.ui plugin's version number had to be
increased.
Adopters can now contribute their own documentation text hover to a
specific
partition type in a document. For more information, please see the
documentation for the editorConfiguration extension point.
