Suggestion: If we know that other's in WTP have to react to a version increase, let's wait until they react before releasing the version increase.
The reason I suggest this is that our PDE batch builds fail outright if not all the bundles can be resolved. And, that's by design (that is, the build can not be fixed). But, I do appreciate communication here on these lists and realize it's not always simple to know when to release the changes that interact with other components.
