Error 2 is not an error, both are correct urls.
The first one is for the Helios release.
The second contains updates like the soon/just release WTP 3.2.1 which
isn't in Helios yet.

I see that my version of Eclipse is using the following URL for
updates of WTP:
http://dowload.eclipse.org/webtools/repository/helios
When I go to the web page:
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project_summary.php?projectid=webtools
I see that it says to go to this site when updating:
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates/
This web page says to use the following URL to update the WTP project:
|*http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates*|
|* *|
|*Which is the correct source for updates of WTP?*|
*1) *http://dowload.eclipse.org/webtools/repository/helios
or
|*2) *||*http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates*|
