Hey Stephane,
That's great news! Each integration (Bower, Node, NPM, Grunt...), could
be contributed separately to JSDT, via Gerrit. See
https://wiki.eclipse.org/JSDT/Development . The "smallest" ones could
get integrated directly if they are IP-clean and short enough, others
would require a CQ. Some who needs some 3rd-party stuff with complex
IP-checks could remain on GitHub until they're in a proper state for
getting to eclipse.org repo.
