I have added this text to http://watir.com/installation/: *Tip:* While updating RubyGems <http://rubygems.org/>, you can use gem update --system --no-rdoc --no-ri instead of gem update --system. It will be much faster, but you will not install RDoc <http://rdoc.sourceforge.net/>and ri <http://www.caliban.org/ruby/rubyguide.shtml#ri>. Please let me know if you think it should be changed or removed. Željko
