I do not think I have ever used rdoc locally or ri, and I use ruby for a few years. I just think it is faster to find the documentation online. Should we make `--no-rdoc --no-ri` the default for gem update and gem install watir, and then mention that you can remove it if you would like rdoc and ri? Željko
