It looks like a plain old button.
<input type="image" src="/images/save.gif" name="save" align="right">
I dunno why click doesn't work.
You could try ie.form(:action, "adm_sdrinfo.php").submit as an alternative.
That should also work.

and you'll have to use
ie.button(:name, /save/).fire_event('foo')
