Hi Dara, this doesn't seem right. We use remote desktop often to start tests on various machines at my company, and they never hang or break when we close the remote desktop connection (or minimize it). Have you attempted to run the test by going to the physical machine you are trying to run it on? It may help to know whether or not it runs without using remote desktop.
