Thanks for the response. We are a .Net shop using VS, so Steel looked like a great tool. Unfortunately, after spending a few days with it, there were some issues that we found and I reported back to Huw at Steel. He said there was a newer release coming very soon, and some of these issues were addressed in the newer release. If you want specifics, I can go into that.
I have heard some positives with ArachnoRuby. It is something I will look into more. We did manage to set our location to be the same as our VS solution. Still not sure this is a product we want to ship to our customers, but we'll keep using it for now.
