I enjoyed meeting other coordinators in Philly last month. Shaing ideas, tips, dilemmas, solutions, etc. are the best way to make a program better. Thanks to all of you. Our current issue - Does your program make loans for housing assistance? If, so, what is your experience with defaults on this type of loan? We have put a moratorium on housing loans until early 2003 until more information is gathered. I would appreciate hearing from any of you on this topic.
