We were able to work thru our State CSBG Director for CSBG Discretionary funds. We are a Community Action Agency so may have had an easier time targeting these funds than a non-CAP agency.

Heart of America Family Services in Kansas City is still fundraising for dollar match for the federal DOT grant and want to try to access State of MO. TANF and/or Welfare to Work dollars—or any other state monies for that matter.
Can anyone out there share with us how you successfully obtained these funds, especially recently during these times of fiscal madness at state levels?
