Hi,
Just thought some feedback on this topic might be helpful. How do you define involved 
parents? Regarding the new guidlines on custodial parent. How involved? Joint custody/ 
Visitation rights? Pays childsupport and no visitation? No child support but lives in 
same house? What are the thoughts around the country?
