Dear colleagues, Many of your programs have lists of "recommended" or "approved" auto dealers and mechanics. I've noticed that these lists can help make it easier for our customers to find the cars they're shopping for, or to get them repaired. I've learned that one of the major reasons for establishing these lists is that, as we are doing so, we're establishing relationships with businesses that will understand Ways to Work before our customers walk through their doors.
My question is: For the programs that offer these lists, do you have written agreements with your recommended/approved dealers and mechanics?
