Several new speed bumps have been installed in westover in the last
week, in the neighborhoods near the river, So keep an eye out. Most
significantly there is a speed bump as you head into Westover, right
after the Westover bridge, at the beginning of Monongahela Ave (the
first right...you know that crappy road that gets you out to Route
100).

Now normally I wouldnt care, but these are not speed humps/wimpy speed
bumps. These are the old school style that have 6+ inches of rise. You
know, the ones that make low riding Kia's and BMW's cry for their
mechanics. Anyway, if you are used to speeding down the back side of
the bridge onto Monongahela Ave, use caution. It caught me a little
off guard. Much braking was required.
