Thats the same as its always been. Top 4 from each gender+category count. That's why VT crushed during MTB season; they had 4 in every category.
But thats not the change. The big part about the change is EVERY RACE COUNTS. Meaning, this road season, there are 10 weekends, with approx 25 events. Every single event is going to count (team and individual). Want to skip ASU for the Morgantown RR, well, that's gonna hurt.
