Hey everyone,

Thanks for coming out to the meeting Wednesday night. Just wanted to put
some times and such up on the forum so you could be reminded of when you
need to be on location.

Saturday
Everyone needs to be at Jackson Square in Clarksburg by 7 AM on
Saturday morning. I realized this is early but it is really necessary to
ensure that we get all of the hay bails place and streets secured. Please
drive into the city center initially so that we may place your car as a
necessary intersection to block off traffic. There will be space to unload
vehicles in Jackson Square so you can drop your race gear and then we can
get your car into a spot. Sequoya will be coordinating marshals for the day
from Jackson's Square. Any questions pertaining to marshal placement should
go to her. Please make sure to check in with her as you become available
and unavailable to marshal relative to your races so we can make sure we
have all locations covered at all times. If you are an all day marshal,
please check in with Sequoya by 8 AM on Saturday. We will have food and
drinks for our "all day" marshals available at the main tent in the square.
After everything is wrapped up on Saturday around 5 PM, a crew will be
heading out to mark the road course, do some touch up sweeping, and fill
any major potholes. Please make yourself available for this if you do not
have any evening commitments. Thanks!

Sunday
All team members need to be at Watters Smith State Park by 7 AM on
Sunday and Marshals by 7:30. Again, we will have some beverages and snacks
for our marshals. Please come to the main park area where the
Superintendent's house and main activities building is located. Marshals
will again report to Sequoya as they arrive and will be placed on course
following a pre-race meeting.
If you are a driver for a race, please try and be at the staging area
in the parking lot 15 minutes prior to the start of the race so that we can
properly stage the race caravan.

The biggest goal for the weekend is to keep everyone safe out there. It is
perfectly fine is someone goes rubberside up because of their own mistakes
but I dont want an accident to occur do to something on our end. Just keep
that in mind as we work through the weekend. Thanks in advance to everyone
for all of their hard work this weekend! It really is appreciate and will
not go unnoticed! Please let me know if you have any questions or if there
are any details that I have not covered. Thanks again!
