That's unsupported, unfortunately. Sorry. Novatel ExpressCard and USB EVDO/HDSPA (HDSPA also includes EDGE, and EVDO supports 1xRTT in non-3g areas) seems to work after being configured through Windows to roam, through USB serial, but tethered devices will not work, including those connected through bluetooth or USB.
