Hello wxart2d-users,

I would very much like to investigate using the wxArt2d document/view
framework for a project of mine (a screenplay writers wordprocessor)
but unfortunately I cannot get the damn thing to build.

I am attempting to use the current cvs HEAD of wxWidgets, which has
several libraries removed (pretty much all of contrib) and included
stc within the main wxwidgets libraries. I further am building a
Monolithic Unicode build, if this has any bearing on the building of
the library.

The failure is at line 530 of c:\wxArt2D\bin\FindwxWidgets.cmake,
which arises from (seemingly) a missing WX_stc definition
(WX_stc-NOTFOUND)?

Now from a little study of the code (which I don't really have the
time to investigate) it doesn't look as though your cmake files take a
monolithic build into consideration. Is this so and would it be
possible to add this to the cmake files without too much trouble? Or
will I be forced to abandon my monolithic build in order to use your
libraries? Or could you outline the steps needed for a simpleton like
me to understand.

Is it possible to simply suck the doc/view stuff out of it and use it
separately to the rest of the library?
