Since yesterday there are now seperate commands for that, and undo-able.
cancom.h/cpp
a2dCommand_ToTopMask
a2dCommand_ToBackMask
So mask the objects in some way (select or some other flag like BIN or BIN2 ),
and call this command.
Be aware that this is for objects on the same layer. If you want it really on
top, the object should be placed on the top layer/rendering order also.
But since you very likely use just one layer, this is oke.
Else a2dCommand_SetLayerMask is the second command you need.
