you should get www.wxart2d.org anyway. I could get it for free, but I 
think it's yours :-)

I think wxart2d does not have the necessary amount of users (active and 
passive) to justify a virtual server, wiki, tracker and so on of its own.

Thinking naively, what about asking the wxWidgets people for support, i.e.
- a forum on http://wxforum.shadonet.com/
- extending http://wiki.wxwidgets.org/WxArt2d to have all the docs there 
in a subwiki of its own.

- I would minimize wxart2d.sf.net to a proper homepage, but nothing else.
- Focus all news towards the forum/ mailing list, no need to maintain a 
blog or frequent update to the homepage
- Keep the cvs (though zip files would be nice for starters).

Would be a one-time migration effort, but you save all the admin effort 
in the future and could focus on development and user support.

What do you think? Do you know some of the maintainers or admins at 
wxWidgets?
