Did not look earlier ;-)), but it does not run well. I easily get unhandled exceptions in the smart pointer class. The different pages seem to be specialised and not all canvas. I think it's faster for me, to fight my way to Rome by digging a tunnel through the Alps :-), i.e. understanding a2d, instead of just copying from examples.
