 I have being using LUA_CPATH
setenv LUA_CPATH "...../lua/5.1/linux.fedora1/gcc3.3.4/?.so"
and doing require "wx" in the scripts and it works fine
I can`t remember when I found the documentation about it though :)
it works but I was searching a way to set the path from the lua script itself...

Thanks anyway,
Francesco
