Not sure that there is not EVER going to be a binary wxMac distribution,
but the only one that exists now are the versions that Apple ships with
Mac OS X : wx 2.5.3 for Tiger (10.4) and wx 2.8.0 for Leopard (10.5)...

I wanted a binary distribution so that the binaries would be smaller, 
and
so you wouldn't have to instruct every developer how to build wxWidgets.
Went with Darwin/MacPorts for a while, but that's taking time to fix 
too.

So in the end I just bundled it with all my apps, like everyone else 
does.

Np, just some linking errors with the makefiles and shared libraries...
(might have been indirect symbols, didn't have the time to track it 
down)

Yes, the bundles look fine. Will give it another try to link 
dynamically,
but I probably have to ship a copy of wxWidgets/wxSTC in every app 
bundle.

Either that, or do a field test of the experimental wx.framework I made 
?
