I guess Apple likes their developers buying new stuff... :-)
Also, wxWidgets 2.8 with Unicode support is sorta buggy on
Mac OS X 10.3 (and probably doesn't even compile on earlier)
so the builds I made were using wxWidgets 2.6.4 ANSI on 10.3

Anyway, 10.3.9 is doable. Earlier versions would be more pain.
