Because I need to use perl 5.10.0, because I need to
-Duserelocateableinc.  And if I didn't have a special need to use
5.10.0, I would have to use my employer's custom build of perl, which
lives in an entirely different place than Debian's one, specifically so
that Debian doesn't trample over it.

And you can't expect me to have known about some random unofficial
repository :-)
