No its a proposal to rapidly and easily get example code onto either the
wiki or website.

A lot of good code passes through this list - and others - and
disappears into the archives of the internet. What if you set up a
directory structure bt category and an html page to read those
directories. Auto create a link from the menu to each file to display
it - just ascii in a text box.
I either do not understand, or this is something you can do already
using the wiki.
